Job summary

Auburn University in Alabama seeks an Associate Director of Premium Sales to drive revenue growth through strategic sale of premium seating and hospitality offerings for Auburn Athletics.

You will build a high-value prospect pipeline, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with Athletics Development and external partners to support long-term donor engagement and financial success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3 years of experience in premium sales, ticket sales, and/or fundraising.
• Preferably in collegiate athletics, professional sports, or related revenue environment.

Responsibilities

• Generates premium seating revenue through proactive prospecting, relationship building, and outbound sales efforts.
• Oversees the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through contract execution, including presentations and proposals.
• Develops and maintains a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and meets revenue goals.
• Cultivates relationships with high-capacity donors, alumni, corporate partners, and community leaders.
• Partners with Athletics Development to identify philanthropic engagement opportunities and donor growth.
• Collaborates to inform pricing, inventory utilization, and product positioning.
• Maintains detailed records of activity and sales performance in the CRM system.
• Provides a high-touch service model to premium clients for onboarding and retention.
• Assists with premium hospitality and game day engagement to strengthen relationships.
