Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and seven years of progressively responsible professional experience in intercollegiate athletics, fundraising and development, sales, business development, revenue generation, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred and will substitute for one year of the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the department’s revenue-generating efforts.
• Oversee philanthropic giving through the Jaguar Athletic Fund (JAF) and related funds; manage revenue-sharing, ticketing, partnerships, premium seating, hospitality, and events.
• Develop an integrated, multi-year revenue strategy with measurable goals and regular performance analysis.
• Cultivate donors and prospects, coordinating with University Development and Alumni Relations to align strategies and engagements.
• Lead revenue-related programs across ticketing, corporate partnerships, and special events to increase attendance, renewals, and partner value.
