Job summary

rag & bone in Boston is seeking a Sales Support Associate to assist both back-of-house and front-of-house operations across the Newbury and Seaport stores. You will help unpack/pack shipments, organize the stock room, answer phones, and support the sales team with POS and customer service to ensure smooth product flow.

The role requires 1–3 years of premium/ luxury retail experience, strong clienteling, and the ability to deliver personalized styling and brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail experience in premium, contemporary, or luxury environments.
• Proven ability to achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team performance.
• Skilled in clienteling, including building and maintaining a loyal customer base.
• Ability to provide a personalized customer experience through styling recommendations and brand storytelling.
• Ability to work 32–40 hours a week with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations Supervisor and Store Management to ensure positive brand representation through product, store maintenance, and customer service.
• Assist with inventory and stock management.
• Maximize storage and capacity across product and supply categories.
• Investigate and rectify inventory discrepancies.
• Contribute to low inventory shrink and high inventory accuracy at all touchpoints.
