Job summary

Rag & Bone in New York is seeking a Part-time Sales Support Associate to help both back-of-house operations and front-of-house service, ensuring smooth product flow and outstanding customer experiences.

You will handle inventory, assist with POS, and support the store team while working 20–30 hours per week with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve individual sales goals.
• Skilled in clienteling and building a loyal customer base.
• Ability to provide personalized customer experiences with styling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations Supervisor and Store Management to maintain brand standards.
• Assist with inventory and stock management.
• Maximize storage and capacity across product and supply categories.
• Investigate and rectify inventory discrepancies.
• Support loss prevention by ensuring accuracy at all inventory touchpoints.
• Assist sales team with POS, repairs, and alterations.
• Understand BOH/FOH IT systems and POS transactions.
• Meet store and metric goals.
• Support Visual Merchandising on floor sets and window changes.
• Adhere to Rag & Bone policies and core values.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented store atmosphere.
