Job summary

rag & bone is seeking a part-time Sales Support Associate in New York to assist both back-of-house and front-of-house operations. You will help with shipments, stock, and a best-in-class customer experience, while supporting the sales team with POS, repairs, and alterations.

You will contribute to inventory control, floor set support, and policy adherence, delivering brand-aligned service. A 20–30 hour schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail experience in premium/luxury environments.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals.
• Skilled in clienteling and building a loyal customer base.
• Ability to provide personalized styling recommendations.
• Weekend and holiday availability (20–30 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations Supervisors to ensure brand representation.
• Assist with inventory and stock management.
• Maximize storage and capacity across product categories.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Support sales team with POS, repairs, and alterations.
• Understand FOH/BOH IT systems and POS.
• Meet store and metric goals.
• Support Visual Merchandising on floor sets.
• Maintain knowledge of store policies.
• Uphold rag & bone core values.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer service.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented store atmosphere.
