Archipelago Companies is seeking a results‑driven Sales Expert for a melin store in Los Angeles, CA. You will connect with guests, build lasting relationships, and drive daily revenue while maintaining store standards and exceptional service.

Responsibilities include mastering product lines, managing cash, executing POS procedures, and supporting opening/closing duties with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in sales/merchandising with opening/closing duties.
• Strong communication skills and ability to tailor style to audience.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Interest in action sports, outdoors, and running/trainings is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS procedures and shop operations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and build immediate rapport with hospitality and service.
• Exhibit deep product knowledge and communicate selections meeting customer needs.
• Maintain high energy, positive attitude, and sales focus with team.
• Execute training and strategies for premium guest experience.
• Assist with restocking, back-of-house operations, and store maintenance.
• Manage cash handling, POS procedures, returns, exchanges, and discounts.
