Qualifications

• 6+ years of retail leadership or business management in premium/global brands.
• Expertise in customer-centric operations leveraging data and personal connections.

Responsibilities

• Act as the ultimate owner of the fan experience, prioritizing relationship-building and data capture.
• Create business strategies to drive profitability and team productivity.
• Lead and build an effective team with strategic hiring and empowerment.
• Oversee store operations, visual merchandising, product mix, and premium execution on the floor.
• Plan and deliver training to ensure WOW moments and operational mastery.
