Job summary

Aesop is hiring a Retail Consultant for our new signature store in Boston, MA (Prudential Center). You will craft personalized experiences, tell compelling product stories, and drive sales while upholding Aesop's standards. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring US work authorization with a weekend-inclusive schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused retail or hospitality.
• Merchant mindset with commercial awareness.
• Strong verbal and written communication; confident product demos.
• Passion for selling premium skincare and fragrance.
• Availability to work 3 full days per week with at least one weekend day.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and navigate stairs.

Responsibilities

• Drive Personal Performance: contribute to store goals by understanding KPIs.
• Agree and execute a personalized SMART monthly plan with Store Manager.
• Use data and insights to optimize performance and growth.
• Share ideas to improve traffic, conversion, and loyalty.
• Deliver storytelling and product demonstrations to customers.
• Lead customers to the sink/fragrance area and demonstrate products on the hand.
• Conclude interactions with samples and a warm invitation to return.
• Uphold grooming standards and the five senses experience.
• Complete stock, inventory and store presentation tasks.
• Engage in ongoing learning through induction and product training.
