Qualifikationen

• Experience in retail or hospitality with a customer-focused approach.
• Merchant mindset with commercial awareness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for selling premium skincare and fragrance.
• Willing to work 5 days per week including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Aufgaben

• Drive Personal Performance: contribute to store goals, set SMART plans with Store Manager, use data to optimize performance, propose ideas to boost traffic and loyalty.
• Customer Experience: tell stories, understand needs, guide customers through personalized journeys, lead to product demonstrations and regimens, ensure memorable departures and invite returns.
• Commit to Learning & Development: complete induction and ongoing trainings, seek feedback and coach others.
• Execute Retail Essentials: maintain grooming standards, stock and store presentation.
