Qualifications

• Previous retail sales and leadership experience.
• Experience coaching employees and contributing to sales/KPI goals.
• Strong communication, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative, hands-on leadership style with a desire to develop professionally.
• Proficiency with POS, Microsoft Office, and handheld or laptop devices.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand on sales floor, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to drive sales, KPI, productivity, and profitability goals.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and recognition to build an engaged team.
• Model personalized service and expert product guidance to deliver a premium Le Creuset experience.
• Assist with scheduling, cash management, inventory accuracy, visual merchandising, loss prevention, safety.
• Oversee operations in the Store Manager’s absence and address customer or employee concerns.
• Collaborate with Retail, HR, and other support teams to communicate needs and performance.
