Job summary

Le Creuset is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at Denver Premium Outlets, CO, to partner with the Store Manager on sales, training, and daily operations. You will coach a team to deliver premium customer experiences, maintain visual standards, and support staffing and scheduling to meet store goals.

Qualifications

Retail leadership experience required.
Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
Willingness to lift up to 25 pounds.
Flexible schedule on days/evenings/weekends/holidays.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and KPI goals in collaboration with Store Manager.
Lead and develop the store team through coaching and training.
Deliver a premium customer experience and expert product guidance.
Support store operations, including scheduling, cash handling, and inventory accuracy.
Provide store leadership in the Store Manager's absence and address issues.
Build strong partnerships with retail, HR, and support teams.
