Job summary

Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa is seeking a Restaurant Team Member with a focus on Food & Beverage supervision. You will collaborate with management to train and supervise restaurant staff, delivering hospitality and WOW moments, and maintaining Omni standards throughout service.

The role requires adapting to a fast-paced environment, ensuring optimal guest experiences, and supporting scheduling and forecasting as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in food and beverage supervision or management.
• Texas Food Handlers and TABC certifications required.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication with guests and staff.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and comply with Omni standards.
• Ensure staff wear proper attire, name tags, and grooming standards.
• Monitor dining room seating, service, safety, cleanliness and guest well-being.
• Maintain knowledge of menus and beverage offerings; monitor liquor par levels.
• Lead pre-shift meetings; ensure departmental training is met monthly.
• Address guest comments and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
