Job summary

TSK Housing in Missouri is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper / Property Porter to keep our apartment community clean and well-maintained.

You will walk the grounds daily, pick up trash, and report maintenance or safety issues promptly. This is NOT a landscaping position; the focus is curb appeal and overall upkeep.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and able to work independently.
• Hardworking and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking the property throughout the day.
• Able to lift and handle bags of trash and other items.
• Takes pride in keeping a property clean and orderly.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property and grounds daily.

• Keep parking lots, sidewalks, entrances, and common areas clean.
• Empty outdoor trash receptacles as needed.
• Identify and report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness issues.
• Help keep the property looking clean and presentable at all times.
• Assist with other basic property upkeep as needed.
