Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred with 1 year of customer service or 3 years in an office environment
• Strong MS Word skills and basic computer literacy
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Assist policyholders, agents and internal teams with premium collection questions (EFT, direct billing, loan repayments)
• Handle a high volume of calls and transactions; document and process accordingly
• Validate form accuracy for processing and update payment details
• Process direct payments (checks, credit cards, phone payments, third-party portals) and resolve discrepancies
• Reconcile suspense reports and daily deposits; monitor error reports and maintain balances
