Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent typing skills (40+ wpm) with ≤10% error rate.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe PDF files and TIFF formats.
• Demonstrates integrity, courage, and teamwork in the workplace.
• Ability to meet organizational goals and deliver quality service.

Responsibilities

• Expedite receipt of medical records and initiate requests.
• Communicate by telephone and letter with physicians' offices and facilities.
• Process payments for medical records by phone and online.
• Manage and update physician data and work order systems.
• Obtain and complete special releases from facilities as needed.
• Coordinate with agents and underwriters on status of requests.
