Job summary

You will handle service requests and process transactions.

The role requires a degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, typing 25 wpm, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with customer service experience.
• Two years’ customer service or five years’ experience in related fields.
• Basic insurance knowledge preferred and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handles product related requests for agents and policyowners.
• Multi-tasks between calls and processing transactions.
• Correspond with agents and policyowners to supply policy information.
• Process transactions: addresses, name/beneficiary, loans, etc.
• Verify forms and endorse where appropriate.
• Quote policy values and ensure proper authorization.
• Research payments, contact owners, send reports and notices.
• Enter journal entries and assist with client opportunities.
