Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Typing 40+ wpm with low error rate.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and file formats (PDF, TIFF).

• Commitment to accuracy and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Expedite receipt of medical records and initiate requests.
• Communicate with physicians' offices, hospitals by phone and mail.
• Process payments for records by phone and online.
• Maintain physician data and work order system.
• Obtain and complete special releases from facilities.
• Coordinate with agents and underwriters on status.
• Handle mail and referrals related to Medical Records.
