Job summary

Audi St. Paul is seeking a Parts Advisor to provide vehicle parts and merchandise with exceptional service. This onsite role reports to the Parts Manager. Schedule is Monday–Friday with alternating Saturdays. Pay is hourly $18-$22 plus a percentage of parts gross.

You will greet customers, coordinate with the Service team for repairs, and maintain inventory. Required: 1+ year parts advisor experience and basic automotive knowledge; valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of parts advisor experience.
• Understanding of basic automotive components.
• Automotive dealership service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide vehicle parts and merchandise to customers with excellent service.
• Answer phone and greet customers professionally.
• Maintain clean counter, work area, and stockroom.
• Coordinate with Service to supply parts for repairs.
• Receive, unpack and store parts; manage inventory records.
• Process payments, core returns, and warranties.
