Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant for an on-site role in Plano. You will greet prospects, assess housing needs, and present the property's features to secure leases. You will also support resident relations and handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Ideal candidates have leasing experience, strong communication, and knowledge of leasing compliance. Weekend and holiday availability is required to support tours, events, and occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leasing or sales experience in multifamily housing preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and leasing compliance (training within 90 days).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (Yardi or OneSite) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, qualify needs, and guide tours of available apartments.
• Present features and benefits, including floor plans and amenities.
• Process applications and leasing documents per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and contribute marketing ideas.
• Perform outreach marketing and participate in events.
• Support resident relations and communication, lease renewals and notices.
