Job summary

CXG is seeking a Freelance Video & Content Creator to produce short-form, mobile-first video for CXG Learn, our learning platform for luxury and premium brands. This remote role emphasizes high-quality, on-brand storytelling and requires delivering content at volume.

You will collaborate with marketing and learning teams, adapt content across formats and languages, and apply motion graphics and subtitling to premium standards.

Qualifications

• Strong short-form video and motion design skills with a premium sensibility.
• Proficiency in editing and motion tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• Experience with portrait/mobile-first video, subtitles, overlays, and motion graphics.
• An eye for pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling.
• Proficient French speaker.
• Bonus: avatar-based content, AI video tools, or sound design.

Responsibilities

• Short-Form Video Production: Create short learning videos, GIF-style videos, avatar videos, and immersive client-scenario videos.
• Editing & Motion: Handle editing, subtitles, overlays, and motion graphics to a premium standard.
• Content Adaptation: Adapt and repurpose content across formats, languages, and learning paths.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing and learning teams, iterating quickly through feedback and adhering to CXG Learn guidelines.
