CXG Learn is seeking a Freelance Video & Content Creator to produce short-form, mobile-first learning videos for luxury brands. This remote role focuses on premium, on-brand storytelling—think Insta-story style capsules and client scenarios.

You will collaborate with marketing and learning teams, deliver polished videos at volume, and adapt content across formats and languages. A strong reel showing motion design, editing, and pacing is essential; proficiency in French is a plus.

Qualifications

3+ years producing short-form video or motion content for premium brands.
Showreel or portfolio demonstrating polished, on-brand video.
Experience with mobile-first video, subtitles, overlays, and motion graphics.
Ability to deliver high-quality videos efficiently in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
Proficient French speaker.

Responsibilities

Create short learning videos: theory videos, GIF-style videos, avatar videos, and immersive client-scenario videos.
Design for mobile first — portrait video, with landscape adaptations where needed.
Handle editing, subtitles, overlays, and motion graphics to a premium standard.
Collaborate with marketing and learning teams, iterating quickly on feedback.
