Job summary

Equinox is seeking a Contract Content Creator to concept, capture, and edit content that reflects the brand’s luxury aesthetic. This role involves hands-on work in our NYC offices and clubs, translating Equinox experiences into dynamic social storytelling.

Ideal candidates have proven experience in short-form content for culture-driven or luxury brands, with strong skills in filming, editing, and directing talent. Portfolio required and luxury brand familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience concepting, filming, and editing short-form content for culture-driven or luxury brands.
• Independent self-starter with production savviness.
• Skilled behind the camera, directing talent, and capable of capturing dynamic, in-the-moment footage with intention.

Responsibilities

• Develop original, brand-aligned content concepts that push culture forward for organic and paid social.
• Film elevated, social-first video content in NYC clubs, office, and on-location.
• Edit short-form videos with refined pacing and platform fluency across TikTok and Instagram.
• Partner with Social, Creative, and Marketing teams to ensure asset quality and brand integrity.
• Capture a range of content—from events, BTS, training, lifestyle moments, and creator-led storytelling.
• Stay ahead of cultural trends, bringing new ideas and editing styles that feel distinctly Equinox.
• Deliver fast, clean edits with multiple versions for testing and paid social.
• Concept and execute performance marketing video ads balancing luxury brand with storytelling hooks.
