Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a seasoned video producer to craft end-to-end visuals translating complex CX portfolio updates into engaging narratives. You will coach executives remotely, shape social content with dynamic motion, and collaborate with the Events team to deliver top-tier visuals for global audiences.

You’ll manage quick turnarounds, maintain brand standards, and build compelling stories across YouTube, LinkedIn, and Cisco.com, enhancing Cisco’s CX messaging worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in film, video production, marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years in end-to-end video production including scriptwriting, recording, and post-production.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Professional portfolio showing narrative storytelling, motion graphics, and editorial pacing.
• Demonstrated project management handling high-volume assets and tight review cycles.

Responsibilities

• Produce end-to-end video content translating complex portfolio updates into visuals.
• Provide remote A/V coaching for CX On Message to capture authentic performances.
• Drive social media engagement with high-energy b-roll, kinetic typography, and platform-optimized edits for YouTube, LinkedIn, and Cisco.com.
• Power global flagship events by partnering with Events to deliver cutting-edge visual experiences.
• Maintain visual brand standards across assets in line with CX strategy.
