CXG seeks a freelance Graphic Designer to shape CXG Learn, a mobile-first platform for luxury brands. This remote, hands-on role goes beyond file delivery and demands a premium design sensibility.

You will craft templates, identities, and icon libraries within our authoring tools, collaborating with marketing and learning teams to elevate every module. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in luxury branding, a strong portfolio of design systems or learning content, and fluency with typography, layout,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally for premium or luxury brands.
• Portfolio demonstrating design systems, digital content, or learning/e-learning work.
• Experience learning and working within new digital tools or platforms.
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, motion, or icon design is a plus.
• Strong visual eye with a premium, luxury-coded sensibility.
• Willing to learn and adapt to internal authoring tools and trial-and-error phases.
• Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented in a remote, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Module & Template Design: design and refine learning-module templates in the authoring platform.
• Path Identities: create distinct-but-coherent visual identities for learning paths.
• Visual & Icon Libraries: build reusable visual libraries and icon sets.
• Module Revamps & Guidelines: revamp modules to be premium, mobile-first, scalable.
• Collaboration: work with marketing and learning teams, iterate through feedback.
