Responsibilities

• Guide clients through options with clarity and a consultative approach.
• Listen carefully, ask the right questions, and document client information accurately.
• Work toward KPIs and support team performance goals with consistency.
• Handle objections calmly and guide to solutions while maintaining momentum.
• Coordinate handoffs between internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Follow up with clients to keep momentum and prevent gaps.
