Job summary

Moss New York is seeking a Member Experience Manager to serve as the face of member engagement across the club’s four floors, luxury services, and Bedrock wellness spaces. You will cultivate relationships, anticipate needs, and ensure every visit feels personal and memorable.

On the club floor, you’ll build connections, welcome VIP guests, manage guest requests with discretion, and partner with departments to deliver elevated experiences that reinforce member retention and a welcoming Moss

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in luxury private members clubs or high-touch hospitality.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
• Strong discretion and attention to guest privacy.
• Experience maintaining CRM records and member profiles.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with members through daily engagement.
• Maintain a visible floor presence across all member levels and floors.
• Welcome VIP guests and coordinate personalized service.
• Engage with members to understand interests and opportunities for programming.
• Document member interactions and update CRM with preferences and history.
• Collaborate with cross‑department teams to deliver elevated experiences.
