Job summary

JÜV Medspa in Woodbury, NY is seeking a front desk Receptionist to warmly greet clients and manage the front desk, scheduling, and daily operations in a luxury medspa setting.

You will be the first and last voice clients hear, ensuring a polished, organized experience. Boulevard experience is a plus; strong communication and multitasking are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or a spa/medical office preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with scheduling systems (Boulevard experience is a plus) and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet every client with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders using Boulevard.
• Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries promptly.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with client intake and treatment preparation.
• Support providers and administrative staff as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area.
• Uphold client confidentiality and service standards.
