This patient-facing position acts as the voice of the practice, assists with product education and basic treatment prep, and helps keep the front areas organized and welcoming for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical spa or front desk preferred.
• Ability to greet clients professionally and manage inquiries.
• Knowledge of skincare products and services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in for appointments.
• Schedule appointments and manage check-out process.
• Maintain cleanliness of front and treatment areas.
• Assist clinicians in preparing rooms and supplies.
• Educate patients on skin care products and treatments.
• Process payments and upsell products when appropriate.
• Verify patient information and consent forms.
