Job summary

VIO Med Spa in New York is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly greet guests, manage check-in/out, and ensure a seamless spa visit. You will actively promote skincare products, memberships, and services while handling inquiries across channels and coordinating appointments with the spa team.

Ideal candidates have sales experience in beauty or wellness, excellent customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales-driven environment, preferably in beauty, wellness, or hospitality.
• Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Passion for beauty and wellness industry and staying updated on trends.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Promote skincare products, memberships and services; participate in events as needed.
• Capture, qualify, and respond to inbound leads.
• Process payments accurately and maintain cleanliness of front desk and spa.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, social media, etc.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendar; collaborate with spa team for guest experience.
• Open and close the spa.
