Job summary

Cocoa Hyundai, Inc. in Florida seeks a proactive Loaner/Rental Representative to join our service team. You will manage the loaner/rental fleet, coordinate alternate transportation for customers, and oversee mobility staff to ensure a premium experience.

The role requires strong communication, a neat appearance, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Automotive industry experience is a plus, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Loaner/Rental fleet inventory.
• Open and close rental agreements via TSD rental.
• Ensure customers receive alternate transportation promptly.
• Oversee Mobility Associates, Valets and Clean up Staff.
• Perform vehicle inspections before/after rentals.
• Run daily overdue rental reports.
• Review management reports and implement action plans.
• Maintain professional, courteous customer interactions.
• Proficiency with MS Office, web, email and phone communications.
• Other duties as assigned.
