• 2+ years of measurable sales success in high-velocity, short-cycle sales environments such as multifamily, luxury retail, hospitality, timeshare, premium automotive, or premium lifestyle services.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite team and ensure operations comply with company standards and safety guidelines.
• Manage vendor relationships and drive leasing goals and KPIs.
• Maintain CRM records and report on lead activity and pipeline health.
• Represent the community with concierge-level resident service and advocacy.
