• 3+ years of showroom or retail sales experience in luxury lighting or similar
• Experience in design or building products industry including interiors or architecture
• Knowledge of lighting specs (color temp, CRI, lumens) and control systems

Responsibilities

• Drive showroom sales and achieve sales objectives
• Provide expert lighting design consultations to trade and retail clients
• Develop relationships with architects, designers, and homeowners
• Prepare proposals, BOMs, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with Design Studio and project management to align deliverables
