Job summary

EPT INTEGRITY ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a Leasing Agent to act as the property’s marketing and sales representative, greeting clients and presenting features to secure leases from qualified applicants. The role includes maintaining show-ready spaces, coordinating renewals, and updating ads to reflect current market pricing.

The agent will work on-site, collaborate with the management team, and uphold safety, courtesy, and efficiency as core values in daily leasing activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent leasing and closing skills.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Market the property and greet clients, presenting features to secure leases.
• Prepare and process lease applications and addenda.
• Update online advertising to reflect market pricing weekly.
• Coordinate renewals and communicate with residents and management.
• Inspect models and vacant units to ensure show-ready condition.
• Assist with reporting, marketing, and resident communications as needed.
