Integrity Asset Management is seeking a Leasing Agent to greet clients, present property features, and secure lease agreements in a professional manner. The role covers all properties in the Integrity portfolio as assigned by the regional supervisor.

The ideal candidate has strong leasing and closing skills, solid communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities, and may be preferred to be bilingual in Spanish.

• Update online advertising with current market pricing weekly.
• Coordinate renewals, notices, and move-ins/move-outs.
• Assist with reporting and office administration.
