Job summary

Nbutexas seeks an experienced Landscaping Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with high-end commercial and residential customers in the Atlanta area. This hands-on role blends customer management with field coordination to ensure properties meet top standards.

Candidates should have landscaping experience (commercial or high-end residential), strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with production teams. A bachelor's in a related field is preferred.

• Minimum landscaping industry experience with customer-facing responsibilities.
• Experience managing customer accounts and long-term client relationships.
• Ability to walk properties, identify issues, and communicate solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with high-end commercial and residential customers.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure landscape quality and timely service.
• Identify landscape enhancement opportunities and drive account growth.
• Conduct regular property visits and address customer needs proactively.
• Manage budgets and account performance and communicate insights to clients.
