Job summary

Ed Castro Landscape is seeking a Landscape Account Manager to deliver elevated client experiences while driving profitability. You will manage client relationships, inspect sites, prepare proposals, and coordinate services from start to finish in the Greater Atlanta area. Leadership of crews, quality control, and accurate documentation are essential to success.

The role emphasizes strong horticultural knowledge, bilingual communication, and a customer-first approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of landscape account management or operations experience.
• Strong horticultural knowledge, preferably in Georgia climates.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Industry certifications are preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned landscape maintenance clients.
• Inspect properties regularly to ensure quality and contract compliance.
• Develop and present proposals, cost estimates, and enhancements.
• Coordinate services from proposal to execution with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support billing, collections, and documentation for maintenance services.
• Oversee and coach crews through a Production Manager and ensure safety.
• Read landscape plans, oversee irrigation and planting plans, and troubleshoot field challenges.
• Maintain schedules, site updates, and accurate contract documentation.
