Job summary

Galbraith Grounds Management, LLC in the Atlanta area is seeking an experienced Landscape Account Manager to serve as the primary relationship manager for a select portfolio of high-end residential and estate clients. You will understand each property, anticipate client needs, and coordinate with internal teams to reflect the Galbraith standard.

The role emphasizes relationship management, horticultural knowledge, and proactive communication, with a compensation range of $75,000-$90,000 plus

Qualifications

• 2+ years in landscape account management or related client-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, plant material, horticulture, turf care, pruning, irrigation.
• Experience with high-end residential properties or discerning clientele preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties, proposals, and internal follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned residential and estate clients with a highly responsive experience.
• Develop understanding of each property, client expectations, priorities, and long-term landscape vision.
• Conduct regular property walks and identify horticultural concerns, maintenance needs, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with crews and internal teams to ensure client expectations are understood and executed.
• Identify opportunities to improve client properties and prepare professional proposals, renewals, and change orders.
• Maintain accurate client records, notes, proposals, and communication history.
