• Ability to competently fulfill tray service for every aspect of service to guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-room dining service and deliver orders and amenities to guest rooms not serviced by VSAs.
• Anticipate guest needs to ensure a delightful experience and upsell beverages and cocktails.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Ghost Kitchen area as instructed.
• Deliver food and checks following Resorts World standards and payment procedures.
• Present and complete payment processes with accuracy using the designated device.
