Qualifications

• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Sell menu items and beverages with knowledge of courses and non-alcoholic/alcoholic options.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas with a silent service approach.
• Itemize bills accurately and process payments efficiently.
• Keep areas, stations, and POS terminals clean and stocked.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond with urgency.
• Communicate with management and culinary staff to address guest requests.
