Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them promptly while balancing walk-ins and reservations.
• Manage the reservation system (OpenTable/Resy) and confirm bookings.
• Communicate wait times clearly and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate seating with servers and managers to optimize flow.
• Handle coat check and maintain a tidy host stand.
• Support servers, runners, and managers as needed.
• Follow safety, sanitation and alcohol service policies.
• Be available for evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
