Qualifications

• Previous host or hospitality experience preferred, especially in a fine dining setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, polished demeanor with a guest-first mindset.
• Familiarity with reservation systems (Resy, or similar) is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
• Manage seating using reservation platforms (e.g., Resy)
• Coordinate table assignments to optimize service flow and guest experience
• Maintain accurate waitlists and provide clear, timely communication to guests
• Communicate effectively with management, Servers, and kitchen staff regarding seating and timing
• Escort guests to tables and present menus in a polished manner
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and elevate when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, coat room and entrance area
• Uphold all company standards for appearance, communication, and hospitality
