Job summary

The Tulsa Drillers, a Double-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers, are seeking an Account Executive to drive ticket, hospitality, group and sponsorship sales with a strong focus on customer service and fan experience.

Join a dynamic sales team at ONEOK Field and contribute to revenue growth while building lasting relationships with fans and partners. Evening and weekend availability is required during baseball season.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of sales or customer service experience.
• Proven track record in sales and building relationships, preferably in sports.
• Ability to express ideas clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization professionally in the community.
• Generate new business by prospecting, meetings, and events.
• Renew and manage group, hospitality, season tickets, and sponsorships.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop programs for long-term value.
• Maintain and update CRM and ticketing pipelines daily.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals and outbound activity targets.
