Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred; relevant work experience considered.
• 1–2 years in high-volume food & beverage or catering environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate catering and concessions operations, including scheduling and inventory.
• Ensure safe, legal, profitable venue operations.
• Generate budgets, forecasts, and P&L reports.
• Oversee beverage service and ID checks for alcohol.
• Assist in event setup and maintain sanitation standards.
• Lead training and coordination with F&B team.
