Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support concessions, catering, and premium food service across events. You will supervise staff, train on safety and service standards, and manage scheduling, timekeeping, and inventory to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires 2–3 years in a supervisory high-volume environment, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with POS systems. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in high-volume operations.
• Experience training and supervising event staff and volunteers.
• Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and POS operations.

Responsibilities

• Support concessions, catering, and premium food service operations.
• Supervise and coach event staff to ensure guest service efficiency.
• Assist with scheduling, check-in, and timekeeping.
• Train staff on procedures, safety, and service standards.
• Ensure stock, cleanliness, and event readiness across stands and locations.
• Monitor product quality, inventory, and food production planning.
• Troubleshoot POS devices and handle cash reconciliations.
• Maintain safety regulations and address hazards or issues.
