Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
POS system experience and luxury sales or eyewear industry experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with product selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations on eyewear, warranties, and optical add-on features.
Build client relationships, follow up with customers, and meet sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
Perform minor adjustments and repairs and provide omnichannel customer support.
Maintain a clean, organized store environment and follow brand policies and procedures.
Keep current on product knowledge and industry trends through training.
