Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge; attend training as required.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Provide omnichannel support between online and in-store platforms.
• Perform minor adjustments and repairs and keep the sales floor organized.
• Adhere to brand policies and assist with duties assigned by management.
