Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients.
• Must be punctual and reliable; timeliness and dependability are essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Team player who is collaborative, adaptable and receptive to feedback.
• Natural problem-solver with analytical thinking; handles workload pressure well.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and ensure a memorable shopping experience.
• Stay up-to-date on eyewear trends and product knowledge; attend training as required.
• Display in-depth knowledge of the brand, warranties and optical add-on features.
• Build and maintain client relationships with in-store and follow-up communication.
• Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment on sales floor and back of house.
• Provide omnichannel support for seamless in-store and online experiences.
• Understand and adhere to brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
