Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and personalized eyewear recommendations in our San Diego store. You will build relationships, drive sales, and support omnichannel experiences across online and in-store channels.

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably eyewear or luxury retail.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and build client relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized styling recommendations.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
Support omnichannel customer experiences across online and in-store platforms.
Assist with minor frame adjustments and basic repairs.
Maintain organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor and back-of-house areas.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, warranties, and optical add-ons; attend trainings as required.
Follow brand policies and perform other duties as assigned.
