Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Bend, Oregon is seeking a dynamic Premium Seat Sales professional to generate revenue across assigned venues.

You will assist in contract administration, manage accounts receivable, nurture client relationships, and coordinate with VIP staff to ensure smooth on-site experiences for concerts and events. Ready your prospecting skills with ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Navigator to expand the client base.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills and high energy are essential.
• Excellent customer service and ability to multitask.
• Creativity, organization, and teamwork are valued.
• VIP clientele anticipation and excellence commitment are important.
• Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Premium Sales and Service in generating sales for venue programs.
• Prepare, issue, and verify Premium Seat contracts as directed.
• Oversee and maintain accounts receivable.
• Maintain client relationships and coordinate with internal teams.
• Manage client tickets using Archtics and update databases.
• Coordinate on-site premium experiences for events.
• Interface with VIP staff to ensure smooth operations on event days.
• Conduct cold calls and prospect new clients.
• Support marketing strategies and other duties as assigned.
• Prospect using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
