Job summary

TAO Group Hospitality is seeking a part-time server for our Chicago venue. You will actively take orders, provide polished service, and maintain a high standard of hospitality. Training is provided in-venue, with emphasis on alcohol service and guest experience.

Minimum 2 years of server experience or Tao Group Hospitality experience is required; experience in fine dining and high-volume settings is preferred. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years server experience or Tao Group Hospitality experience.
• Experience in fine dining and high-volume settings preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cocktails and wine helpful.

Responsibilities

• Take and fulfill guest orders; provide professional service.
• Present menus, answer questions, and upsell items.
• Enter orders into POS accurately and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of stations and dining areas.
• Coordinate with team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
